Condo – Study
We had the unique opportunity to renovate this space twice. The first time, we designed a kitchen with a sink, dishwasher drawer, narrow built-in refrigerator, small cooktop and microwave hood. The cabinetry was a striking shade of teal green. 9’ high custom etched glass doors separated the living space from the bedroom. The building constraints necessitated using a crane to get the building materials into the apartment.
The next owner wanted to use the space for his study. Most of the base cabinetry was removed and new desk height pieces were fabricated with mahogany countertops. Cabinet storage was reconfigured to house pullouts for hanging files, a printer and shredder. And of course, all the cabinetry was refinished in an elegant shade of cream.

Client Testimonial
Julie was and continues to be an amazing resource. She provides her expertise and experience when planning all the various details to a space. She helps clients to itemize and think through all the different options/fixtures/paint colors/styles/etc. for every aspect of a room. Further, she helps to show how an area or design will fit into the overall look of a project. I could not be happier to have had Julie as a resource. I truly appreciate all the time, attention, and detail she put into our project to help make our dream space a reality. I highly recommend Julie, the Sierra Unlimited Construction team, and Arbor Craft Cabinetry for any and all remodeling needs.
