Transitional - Sierra Unlimited Construction

Transitional – Bathroom

It’s not every day that you get the chance to remodel your childhood home. Our team transformed this home into one this young couple could call their own.

The house had been renovated a few times, twice involving an addition, but the work had all been done by different contractors with no comprehensive or cohesive plan. The result was choppy and not an ideal use of space. We created a new powder room and a full master suite out of two small bedrooms, a couple of bathrooms, and some closets.

We created a new master suite from a couple of smaller baths and closets.  A walk-in closet is just off the spacious new master bath.  His and her vanities are separated by a water closet.  The tall linen cabinet features a pull-out hamper, and a single drawer that looks like two opens to reveal dedicated storage for hair appliances.   A large walk-in shower takes advantage of an existing skylight, and a large window that had been above a corner bathtub was changed to a smaller awning window for privacy.  A new soaking slipper tub completes the spacious suite.
